Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Zenariqelox ("we," "us," or "our") processes refund requests for our online educational services. By purchasing or enrolling in any of our courses or programs, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


General Refund Eligibility

We are committed to providing high-quality online education. Refund eligibility depends on several factors including the type of course purchased, timing of the request, and extent of course access or completion.

Standard Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise specified in this policy.

Course Access Limitations

To qualify for a refund, you must have accessed less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the course content. Once you have accessed or completed more than this threshold, the course is considered substantially consumed and refunds will not be issued.


Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Promotional or discounted courses purchased during special sales events
  • Bundled course packages after any individual course has been substantially accessed
  • Subscription renewals beyond the initial fourteen-day period
  • Certification fees or examination costs
  • Downloadable materials, resources, or templates once accessed or downloaded
  • One-on-one coaching sessions or live webinar attendance
  • Third-party services or tools integrated with our platform

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current billing period will only be issued if the cancellation request is made within fourteen (14) days of the initial subscription purchase and minimal content has been accessed.

For recurring monthly charges, no refunds will be provided for previously billed periods. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not generate refunds for the current active period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancelled within thirty (30) days of purchase and less than twenty-five percent (25%) of available content has been accessed. After thirty days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.


Technical Issues and Service Disruptions

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to purchased courses, please contact our support team immediately at help@zenariqelox.com. We will work to resolve technical issues promptly.

Refunds due to technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only if:

  • The technical issue was reported within seven (7) days of occurrence
  • Our technical team confirms the issue could not be resolved
  • The issue substantially prevented access to the purchased content

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to help@zenariqelox.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, email address used for registration, and order number
  3. Provide a detailed explanation for your refund request
  4. Include the date of purchase and course or subscription name

Processing Timeline

Refund requests are typically reviewed within five (5) to seven (7) business days of submission. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your request.

Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days and credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our sole discretion. Partial refunds may be considered for bundled packages where only some components have been accessed or in cases of exceptional circumstances.


Payment Method Considerations

Credit Card and Debit Card Refunds

Refunds to credit or debit cards will appear on your statement within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days after processing, depending on your financial institution's policies.

Third-Party Payment Processors

If you purchased through a third-party payment processor, refunds may be subject to that processor's terms and conditions. Processing times may vary and additional fees may apply based on the third-party provider's policies.


Special Circumstances

Medical or Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected medical emergencies or personal hardships may prevent course completion. While such situations do not automatically qualify for refunds outside our standard policy, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.

Course Quality Concerns

If you believe a course did not meet the quality standards or descriptions provided, please contact us within seven (7) days of purchase. We will review your concerns and may offer a refund, course credit, or access to alternative content at our discretion.


Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in account suspension and loss of access to all purchased content.

If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide documentation of purchase, service delivery, and policy acknowledgment to your financial institution.


Account Credits and Alternative Resolutions

As an alternative to monetary refunds, we may offer:

  • Account credits for future course purchases of equivalent value
  • Transfer to a different course of similar or lesser value
  • Extended access periods to complete partially consumed content
  • Access to supplementary resources or support materials

Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when the most recent changes were made.
